ATTENTION: there are two training possibilities:
1 – INDOOR (Program A and B)
2 – OUTDOOR (Program A and B)
(the programs have no difference as they are alternated every week)

- CrossFit (CF) – Group Sessions. Unlimited Group WOD sessions. Don’t forget to register! In order to better coach everyone, group of maximum of 15 persons can be formed. Each session will last approximately one hour.
- Private Coaching (PC) – Each session will last approximately one hour. Group of maximum of 3 persons can be formed.
- On Ramp / Basic Introductory Class – The On Ramp / Basic Introductory Class is a series of three (3) sessions that are scheduled throughout the week and must be completed within 2 weeks period. Each session will last approximately one hour. Please check the schedule (On Ramp session) to find out what time suits you better and register yourself.
- Drop-In – CrossFitters from other CrossFit affiliated boxes are most welcome! Please contact us ahead of time at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to reserve a spot.
